Your Impact
You will lead a diverse portfolio of children and youth services, including early years programs, OOSH, and youth programs for young people aged 18–20. Your leadership will directly shape service quality, safety, and outcomes across key frontline programs supporting children, young people, and families.
The Role This is a senior executive leadership position responsible for end-to-end oversight of a multi-service portfolio across children, youth, and early years programs. You will lead operational performance, service integration, workforce capability, and compliance across multiple sites, while partnering closely with the executive team and Board on strategy, funding, and continuous improvement.
The role requires a balance of strong operational leadership and strategic oversight across complex, multi-disciplinary services, ensuring consistent delivery standards and strong outcomes across all programs.
The Organisation The organisation is a medium-sized, purpose-driven provider delivering essential community services across children, youth, and family supports. It is well established within the sector and continues to evolve its service model to meet growing and increasingly complex community needs, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and impact.
What You Bring You are an experienced senior leader in children, youth, or community services, ideally with exposure across early years and OOSH settings. You bring strong operational leadership capability, sound judgement in complex service environments, and the ability to lead through influence across multidisciplinary teams.
You are equally comfortable operating at a strategic executive level and stepping into operational detail when required, with a clear focus on outcomes for children, young people, and families.
