KALCON is seeking a detail-oriented EHS Analyst to support data center construction projects as an Owner’s Representative, focused on managing EHS data systems, tracking performance metrics, and driving reporting and compliance efforts. Daily responsibilities include maintaining EHS platforms, analyzing leading and lagging indicators, supporting OSHA reporting and case management, and developing executive-level reports, while collaborating with field teams, leadership, HR, and IT to ensure accurate data and continuous improvement. This role also supports EHS programs, training systems, and safety initiatives to promote a strong safety culture and ensure alignment with regulatory and company standards.
  
Minimum Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of EHS, safety analytics, or program support experience within data centers, construction, industrial, or similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with EHS data systems, reporting tools, and dashboards, including tracking leading and lagging indicators and analyzing trends.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, including incident reporting, investigations, and OSHA 300/300A logs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to build reports and present insights to leadership.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and data integrity skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with third-party EHS platforms (e.g., ISNetworld), training systems, SDS management, and PPE programs preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both field teams and leadership.
  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve EHS data tracking systems, including leading/lagging indicators and corrective action reporting
• Administer EHS data platforms, including system configurations, user access, notifications, and data integrity checks
• Monitor, analyze, and report EHS performance data; create executive-level reports and presentations with actionable insights
• Partner with EHS leadership, construction teams, and facilities teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection (inspections, incidents, etc.)
• Train team members on proper documentation and reporting of EHS leading indicators and safety data
• Support integration and optimization of EHS data management systems to streamline data entry, tracking, and reporting
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve data systems, reporting tools, and overall data accessibility
• Support OSHA reporting requirements, including incident investigations, case management, and maintenance of OSHA 300/300A logs
• Promote a strong safety culture by leveraging data insights to influence leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain and improve EHS training databases, tracking systems, and reporting processes
• Standardize and streamline EHS training documentation, tracking, and communication of best practices
• Lead or support special projects focused on EHS data management, analytics, and process improvements
• Research and benchmark EHS data practices and tools used by industry-leading organizations
• Track and communicate EHS recognition programs; support creation of newsletters or internal communications
• Procure and manage EHS recognition items, supplies, and inventory
• Maintain and organize EHS programs, policies, and documentation using centralized platforms (e.g., Teams)
• Administer third-party EHS platforms (e.g., ISNetworld), including contractor prequalification and program updates
• Support EHS prequalification processes and documentation reviews
• Track and coordinate annual reviews and updates of EHS programs
• Maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) inventory and ensure accessibility across projects
• Monitor and manage chemical approvals, usage, and updates
• Research, evaluate, and recommend EHS products and safety equipment for approval
• Develop and maintain an approved EHS product catalog; coordinate with vendors and procurement for pricing and availability
• Standardize EHS supplies across projects to drive cost efficiency and vendor alignment
• Manage PPE programs, including vendor relationships, inventory, and distribution (e.g., boots, prescription safety glasses)
• Ensure field teams have appropriate PPE to meet regulatory and company requirements
• Coordinate and distribute EHS job boxes and safety materials to field teams
• Support field testing and evaluation of new EHS products prior to implementation
