MEP Superintendent (MEP Contractor Representative) - Semiconductor Construction
Seeking an MEP Superintendent to work on behalf of the prime MEP contractor on specified tool install scopes of work at a Semiconductor project site.

Minimum Qualifications:
5 - 10 years of Semiconductor or Microelectronics electrical construction experience
Mechanical field supervision experience as a Foreman or General Foreman, or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field
Able to communicate verbally, electronically and written to convey information in an effective manner
Technically skilled to act as the interface between disciplines, engineers and contractors
Leadership skills and conflict resolution skills
Thorough understanding of respective discipline (EL, ME, PI, AR, LSS)
Understanding of Area Layout
Ability to resolve technical construction questions in the field
Understanding of local and national codes; construction drawings / symbols; acceptable industry standard / practices
Knowledge of micro schedule for pre-facilitation, understanding of sequence of construction activities and tool sequence
Proficiency using various software applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cx Software, BlueBeam)
Ability to access drawings and review them on SharePoint sites
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work on behalf of the prime MEP contractor on specified tool install scopes of work at a Semiconductor project site.
Oversee and facilitate the installation of MEP scope of work and ensure subcontractors are fulfilling all obligations and that work is carried out according to approved subcontracts, specifications, and schedules.
Serves as a liaison with project management and superintendence reporting on inspections, progress, delays, issues, and RFI's.
Proactively identify and work to resolve any site issues that may impede the project delivery.
Provides technical knowledge and input to assist installing subcontractors.
Administer contractor performance for al projects and ensure compliance to all agreements and assist in various new and rebuild projects.
Inspect all construction sites to ensure appropriate quality control on all processes and coordinate with various team to gather all permits for projects.
Manage multiple construction projects at one given time and prepare construction progress reports for all projects on everyday basis and manage all communication with contractors and project managers.
Collaborate with project manager and superintendent to resolve all queries for construction progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at site.
Identify all access constraints in accordance with the site.
Assist with and manage SIPP and JHA process.
Participate in various project meetings and maintain records of all construction meetings.
Prepare schedule for projects and assist in close out process.
Assist with turnover and Cx efforts.
Coordinate with facility system owners and technicians
