Seeking a Project Administrator to join our company as an Owner's Representative on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in Eagle Mountain, UT.
  
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review project management system for weekly deliverables by GC team.
• Walk the site weekly to get experience reviewing construction in the field.
• Assist with trailer logistics, seating assignments, and conference room set up.
• Assist with the ordering of PPE and gear for project team.
• Maintain client agendas and meeting minutes.
• Maintain a great relationship with peers on the general contractor’s team.
• Assist with document control and issue closeout.
• Manage project directory and contact list.
• Order lunch, snacks, and beverages for the project office.
• Work on logistics of parking, orientations, and help with visitor site access.
• Assist with first day logistics and first day invites.
• Assist with teamwide communications for project updates.
• Assist with setting up project team meetings and offsite team builders.
• Assist with printer setup, conference IT configuration, and naming of rooms and conference rooms.
• Maintain communications with Construction VP and Director to assist with any other tasks as needed.
