Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience in Semiconductor, Biopharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Mission Critical, or other Manufacturing industries
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong focus on accuracy
• Flexible and able to respond well to changing conditions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to schedule and host planning meetings with various stakeholders to
ensure all schedule activities are understood and executed to plan
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a good understanding of construction project
scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Ability to understand, adhere to, and give input into developing overall project management strategies including
accurate assessments of work in place
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• You will liaise with customers, engineers, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ), and various trade superintendents to ensure successful implementation and safe installation of tool infrastructure.
• You will ensure that all Safety policies and procedures are actively represented throughout the installation process
• You will be responsible for coordinating the field activities of various trades contractors for multiple tool install projects
• You will ensure that client and PM expectations, schedules, quality standards, and equipment qualification checklists are met
• The Tool Install Manager is expected to build strong working relationships with their project stakeholders and provide valuable and timely feedback into the project planning and management process
• The Tool Install Manager will read and understand the site preparation and utilities documentation provided by the tool manufacturers, along with relevant project engineering drawings and specifications to ensure each item is
executed as per the project management plan
• Supplier management of day-to-day operations, major project scope definition, schedule performance, and budget monitoring and control thorough planning and execution management is critical to eliminate safety incidents and
impacts to factory operations
• Manage multiple projects at a time across diverse groups and stakeholders while optimizing solutions
• Partner and collaborate successfully with key stakeholders including factory, facility owners, global supply management, central design, site construction, and suppliers
• Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality project designs that enable affordable and constructible solutions
• Lead and successfully manage Construction projects
• Willingness to manage discussions with executive management drilling down to details and managing efforts hands-on if the need arises
• Compile documentation and coordinate Safety Level checks (SL1 SL2) following Client EH&S procedures.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate hazmat inspections with City representatives.
• Assist with projects close out process.
• Coordinate fieldwork with contractors and participate in providing technical solutions when required.
• Assist Shutdown Coordinator with the preparation, submission, review, and approval associated with the SIPP process (Site Incident Prevention Plan).
• Gather technical information from cleanroom fab to facilitate projects and scope definition.
• Track City permit status.
• Update schedules and Excel trackers for project reporting.
• Submit purchase requisitions and track approval status.
• Present project during design review meetings and showcase in-depth understanding of project scope and design details
