The Opportunity 
Due to recent growth in WA, we are seeking expressions of interest from Junior/Graduate Engineering Analysts for upcoming project work with some of Australia's biggest names in the mining, oil and gas and utilities sector.

About You
As this is an expression of interest, we're keen to speak with a wide range of experiences and backgrounds within engineering.
 
As an engineering analyst, you will receive guidance and coaching on how to better:

• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
• Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values

 What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering or related fields)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative team player
• Full time working capacity
• Australian working rights

Ideally you also have:

• Experience in asset management
• Skilled in Excel; openness to using other analytical tools as needed.
