The Role: 
Due to our continued growth we are on the lookout for an exceptional SAP Senior Consultant ideally with experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) within a consulting environment.
As a Senior SAP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our capability in our existing SAP Practice and help to continually improve our solution and service to clients.
 
What You'll do

• Develop and support SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and BTP services.
• Collaborate within SAP S/4HANA implementation teams, contributing to both technical and functional streams.
• Participate in client workshops, presentations, and technical solutioning for Systems Integrators or Technology Consulting engagements.
• Lead or support the development of WRICEF objects, user stories, test cases/scripts (TOM), and knowledge transfer (KT) to BAU teams.
• Prepare solution artefacts aligned with COSOL's delivery standards.
• Engage with Change Advisory Boards and Architecture forums, contributing to solution governance and presentation materials.
• Support quality assurance across functional and technical deliverables.
• Operate effectively within ITSM/ITIL frameworks using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and SAP ALM.
• Maintain high utilisation and contribute to commercial awareness in solution design and delivery.

 What You'll Need to Succeed
 

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and/or SAP BTP.​
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA development and deployment tools.​
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written—with the ability to present confidently to clients.​
• Experience working in or with Systems Integrators or SAP consulting organisations.​
• Comfortable in a hands-on development role within cross-functional teams.​
• Exposure to ITSM/ITIL processes and tools.​
• Commercial acumen and understanding of solution value drivers.​
• Ability to contribute to solution workshops and client-facing engagements.​

 
Qualifications & Competencies​

• Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.​
• SAP S/4HANA development certifications (latest preferred).​
• Proactive, self-starting problem solver with a collaborative mindset.​
• Comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments.​
• Alignment with COSOL's values and delivery culture.
