The Opportunity
The Executive General Manager (EGM) – Digital Asset Management is an Executive Operational Leadership role within a growing IT consultancy, responsible for shaping and driving our digital asset management strategy and solution portfolio.
 
This role leads the development, delivery, and commercialisation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, with a focus across SAP Asset Management, IBM Maximo, Hitachi asset intelligence, and data-driven platforms. 
 
The EGM will play a pivotal role in business development, customer engagement, and solution innovation—positioning COSOL as a market leader in digital asset transformation for asset-intensive industries such as utilities, infrastructure, transport, and mining. 
 
What You’ll Do
As the EGM of Digital Asset Management your deliverables will be across four main pillars – Strategic & Commercial Leadership, Solution Innovation & Delivery, Customer Engagement & Relationship Management as well as Practice Leadership and Capability Building.
Key to your success in this role will be your demonstrated ability to deliver on the following –

• Define and execute COSOL’s digital asset management strategy, aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Lead the development and go-to-market strategy for SAP, Maximo, Hitachi, and data-driven asset management solutions.
• Oversee the design, integration, and delivery of scalable, customer-centric digital asset management solutions.
• Ensure alignment of SAP EAM, Maximo, and Hitachi platforms with customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Act as a genuine trusted advisor to C-Suite level customers, guiding them through their digital asset management journeys.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants, solution architects, and delivery specialists.

 
What You’ll Need to Succeed
This is a role built for a seasoned leader in Digital Asset Management who is driven by exceeding customer expectations through delivery and thought leadership.
You are passionate about Digital Asset Management and your career to date has seen you successfully design, implement and execute solution-based strategies that add significant commercial value to customers and drive strong capability internally.

• You will have a minimum of 10+ years senior leadership experience within a professional services and consulting environment, specifically focused on digital asset management.
• Your career to date has seen you gain significant knowledge across SAP EAM, IBM Maximo and Hitachi platforms that enables you to be a true SME for COSOL and our valued customers.
• You have a proven track record of building high-performing teams that increase internal capabilities and allow COSOL to strengthen our asset management offerings.
• You will have strong management experience and commercial experience with the ability to manage large teams.
• You will be familiar with leading through a complex commercial and operational environments.
• Innovation and strategic solution design is something you absolutely thrive on and, combined with your business development experience, allows you to create new pipelines of solution and services offerings both in COSOL’s Australian business and globally.
• Your technical knowledge across SAP, IBM, Hitachi and data ecosystems will enrich COSOL’s executive presence and stakeholder influence.
