The Role
The Software Support Consultant is a business-critical role within the OnPlan Technology team, acting as a system expert and primary point of contact for our customers via email and our support chat functions.
The key aspect of your role will be focused around manual regression testing and Quality Assurance as well as managing/administering the service desk system, ensuring all support tickets are tracked, resolved and followed up in a timely manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone potentially at a junior level to expand their manual software testing and support experience in a supportive and close-knit technology team!
