About The Role
 
Due to our continued growth, we have a brand-new role for a People & Culture Advisor to join our growing team and business.  
You will have the opportunity to shape the way our team supports the overall business and further uplift our internal offering as a strategic P&C team comprised of trusted advisors delivering operational excellence in all aspects of HR.  
This role requires a flexible and solutions-oriented approach to HR, supporting day-to-day people processes, guiding low-level employee relations (ER) matters, and contributing to an engaging and compliant workplace culture!  
 
What You’ll Do
 
As the People & Culture Business Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of People & Culture services within your designated business portfolio.

• You will act as a genuinely trusted advisor, strategic partner and operational expert that builds strong relationships with leaders and their teams to understand and work towards achieving business goals
• Be a true HR/P&C Generalist – delivering services to the business across the areas of Strategic Planning, Talent Management. Employee Relations and Operational Administration
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to leaders on workforce and succession planning, performance management, talent development and employee retention.
• Manage ER cases including grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Be the first point of contact for general enquiries or concerns from employees within your portfolio with a key focus on fostering a culture of trust, inclusion and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
 
The successful candidate will have around 2-3 years of experience in a HR Generalist/Advisory position and be looking to further develop their knowledge and skills in People and Culture.

• Degree qualifications in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent, relevant experience)
• Proven experience in a generalist advisory level role, where your knowledge of employment law, regulations and compliance requirements has seen you succeed in supporting the delivery of P&C services to a complex and growing business
• A passion for continuous improvement, coupled with a strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a continually transforming organisation
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication and presentation
