The Role
We are expecting to continue significant growth into 2025 and beyond. This growth will see us deliver even more high quality, business critical improvements to our valued clients in Australia and internationally.
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Asset Management professional to join us in the key leadership position of IBM Practice Manager.
 
Responsible for the growth, profitability and sustainability of your practice, you will lead and drive business outcomes in line with COSOL’s strategic direction.
In this diverse and rewarding role, you will -

• Uncover and understand the needs, challenges and business issues for customers in asset intensive industries, leveraging a strategic understanding of EAM.
• Drive profitable growth through the development and implementation of business strategies for capability development and go to market.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance to senior management, including revenue, costs, profitability, and other key performance indicators.
• Be responsible for people management including hiring plans to drive growth
• Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, tender responses and statements of work.
• Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities to drive demand and growth.
• Establish, build and own strategic alliances and the partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new service offerings, tools, and methodologies to enhance the value proposition of our offerings.

 
What You’ll Need to Succeed
 
You are an experienced people leader, whose background and experience to date has involved working within professional services and consulting roles with a particular focus on EAM solutioning.  
Additionally, you will possess the following skills, attributes and experiences-

• Successful leadership and management of consulting teams, including performance management, mentoring, and coaching within fast paced and changing environments.
• Background and expertise in building out new service capabilities to accommodate growth, scale and global reach.
• Significant experience with IBM products and solutions would be highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in liaison, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Commercial skills including opportunity identification and business case development.
