Our newly formed Digital Transformation practice will focus on combining our proven, rapidly growing SAP and Data Migration capabilities to bring transformational benefits to our clients.
 
The Role
 
We are looking for an experienced SAP Principal Consultant with an exceptional Data Migration background to join our growing team.
 
As a Principal Consultant you will be responsible identifying and closing business development opportunities, mobilising the necessary skilled resources, defining then executing programs of SAP-related work that deliver transformational value and delight your clients.
 
You can expect your role to involve:

• Driving business development in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the company’s digital and data capabilities.
• Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maximising Practice performance through operational excellence and resource utilisation.
• Driving the development of our Digital Transformation capabilities across SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Data Migration, Data Management and Analytics.
• Providing thought leadership and guidance on emerging trends and technologies in digital transformation, data management, and analytics, with specific emphasis on SAP transformation projects.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

 
What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Exceptional experience in Data Migration to a target S/4HANA environment.
• SAP S/4HANA skills in one or more functional areas including: Asset Management, Supply, Finance.
• Proven success in a leadership role within a digital or data-focused organisation, with a strong track record of successful SAP transformation projects.
• Experience in leading Data Migration planning and design workshops with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in developing and leading high performing, cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams to meet ambitious goals.
• Entrepreneurial ability to execute and add value to customers as an individual.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel as required
