About The Role
Due to continued growth and transformation in our business, we are now seeking an experienced Business Integration Manager to join us in our Brisbane CBD based office.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for driving the successful integration of multiple tools, systems and processes across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to genuinely mark a difference to our business by creating seamless workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
You will also lead change management initiatives to ensure the effective adoption of new tools, processes and practices across the business.
 
What You'll Do
Your role will incorporate responsibilities that sit across 5 key areas – System Integration, Change Management, Process Alignment and Optimisation, Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement and Documentation and Reporting. 

• Assess current internal systems and identify opportunities for improved integration and interoperability. 
• Undertake current state analysis and future state solutions for the integration of multiple brands across the organisation including a prioritisation and cost management of implementations. 
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new systems and processes. 
• Create training materials, user guides, and communications to educate employees about new tools and practices. 
• Map and evaluate existing business processes to identify challenges, inefficiencies or gaps. 
• Design and implement standardised processes that align with integrated systems and organisational goals. 

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a focus on business or systems integration, project management and change management
• Proven ability to manage integration projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. 
• Skilled in designing and implementing strategies to drive user adoption of new systems and processes. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve integration challenges. 
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and align stakeholders across departments. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver training and create clear documentation. 
• Precision in mapping processes and ensuring integration efforts meet requirements.
