Our newly formed Digital Transformation practice will focus on combining our proven, rapidly growing SAP and Data Migration capabilities to bring transformational benefits to our clients who are transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
 
The Opportunity
We are looking for SAP Functional Consultants to join our winning team. This role can be offered on a permanent full-time basis or a contract basis and is flexible from a location perspective.
 
What you’ll do
As an SAP Functional Consultant - Digital Transformation you will be responsible for providing functional leadership while executing programs of SAP-related work that deliver transformational value and delight your clients.
 
You can expect your role to involve:

• Providing SAP functional leadership as part of a team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions and services to COSOL’s clients, ensuring timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Planning and executing SAP functional design, delivery and support services, in alignment with our Digital Transformation capabilities across SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Data Migration, Data Management and Analytics.
• Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Digital Transformation practice

• Experience in the design, delivery and support of SAP S/4HANA Private or Public Cloud solutions.
• Experience in Data Migration to a target S/4HANA environment.
• Deep SAP S/4HANA functional skills in one or more functional areas including: Asset Management, Supply, Finance.
• Proven success as an SAP consultant within a digital or data-focused organisation, with a strong track record of successful SAP transformation projects.
• Experience in active participation in SAP roadmap and/or Data Migration planning and design workshops with the customer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in contributing towards high performing, cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Ability to travel as required
