The Role 
ClearSky Allied Health is hiring Speech Pathologists to support our NDIS and non-NDIS clients in Brisbane.  As part of an expanding team of allied health professionals, you will work with our highly diverse range of individuals and collaborate with like-minded colleagues, to deliver meaningful support services in a vibrant and welcoming environment that fosters growth and professional opportunities. Service delivery will be a blend of community based and in-clinic appointments based on the needs and goals of the client.

About the opportunity
An exciting, role exists for a highly motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team. This is a chance to be part of something exciting, to grow with our organisation, and to be a part of a collaborative, energetic, multidisciplinary team.
 
Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication and speech disorders.
• Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Offer guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.
• Perform all other duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology.
• Previous experience in Speech Pathology.
• Pre-existing registration with SPA.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with participants, their families and service providers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legislation.
• Ability to work to productivity targets.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously and take ownership of a caseload of participants.
• Hold a current WWCC (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR.
• Hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
