The Role 
ClearSky Allied Health is hiring a Physiotherapist to support our NDIS and non-NDIS clients in Brisbane.  As part of an expanding team of allied health professionals, you will work with our highly diverse range of individuals and collaborate with like-minded colleagues, to deliver meaningful support services in a vibrant and welcoming environment that fosters growth and professional opportunities. Service delivery will be a blend of community based and in-clinic appointments based on the needs and goals of the client.

About the opportunity
An exciting, role exists for a highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our team. This is a chance to be part of something exciting, to grow with our organisation, and to be a part of a collaborative, energetic, multidisciplinary team.
 
Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional and physical assessments to identify clients’ mobility, strength, and functional capacity needs.
• Develop and implement tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs that align with each client’s goals and abilities.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance movement, balance, fitness, and quality of life.
• Support clients with chronic disease management, injury recovery, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Provide education, guidance, and motivation to clients and their families to promote ongoing engagement and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Perform all other duties as required.

  
Qualifications & Experience

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy.
• Previous experience in Physiotherapy delivered preferably in community and clinic settings.
• Current registration with APA.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with participants, their families and service providers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legislation.
• Ability to work to productivity targets.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously and take ownership of a caseload of participants.
• Hold a current WWCC (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR.
• Hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
