About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team based in Brisbane. This role provides contract administration and paralegal support to ensure all real estate sales contracts and associated legal documentation are prepared, reviewed, processed and managed accurately.
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and managing sales contracts and associated documentation
- Facilitating contract preparation, negotiation, amendments, execution and exchange
- Responding to enquiries from external solicitors, conveyancers and legal service providers
- Maintaining accurate contract information within Contract Management Systems and CRM platforms
- Generating contract and settlement reports as required
- Providing overall administrative support across the complete sales contract lifecycle
Skills and experience To be successful in this role you will require proven residential contracts administration experience in a similar role either in-house or in a legal practice. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be customer focused.
Previous experience in a similar role within the Real Estate/Property Sector will be highly regarded. About AVIDAVID Property Group (AVID) is an award-winning
