About the role
We have a full-time permanent opportunity in our Brisbane office for a customer focused, tech-savvy Sales Administrator with proven experience in administration, customer service and coordination particularly in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
- Provide effective and timely administrative support to the National Sales Operations Manager and Sales Team
- Act as a super user for systems and applications (e.g. Salesforce, EDMs, Excel, Outlook) including data and reporting integrity to assist with accurate and timely generation of financial, sales and marketing reports
- Act as the super user of key property management platforms (e.g. realestate.com.au)
- Provide external stakeholder engagement and support to ensure that a superior and consistent customer experience is maintained across the Queensland portfolio
- Support the State Sales Manager in relation to running effective meetings, training and onboarding with a focus on CRM platform training and processes
- Supporting the Senior Project Sales Managers with local Builder relations and manage the incoming flow of packages across the QLD portfolio
- Coordination of events and community engagement activities
- Diary management and travel bookings for the sales department
- File and maintain confidential documents
To be successful in this role you will have: - A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline (desirable but not required)
- Experience in the Property industry (desirable but not required)
- Experience in an administrative/coordination role in a corporate environment supporting a large team
- Experience using CRM applications (Salesforce is desirable) or the ability to learn quickly
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Solutions focused approach to problem solving, having an eye for detail and process improvement
- Flexibility to travel to and work from local project sites as required
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) as well as exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- A passion for customer service and technology
