We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team at our boutique land development in the Illawarra. This is a permanent full time role working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the Sales Consultant this role will:
- perform reception duties i.e. greet clients/visitors, answer incoming calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally providing customers with accurate information as required
- manage, update and maintain our Salesforce CRM database
- provide administrative support to the Sales Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of the Harmony sales office
- prepare price lists, process signed contracts, handle deposits, etc.
- assist the Marketing team with onsite marketing initiatives or events as required
- contribute to the analysis of local competitor activity at monthly PCG meetings
- maintain high standards of sales centre presentation at all times
- support continuous improvement projects to help deliver operational efficiencies as required
Skills and Experience - Proven experience in a sales admin and/or customer service role
- Must have a current NSW Real Estate Sales Certificate
- Strong customer service skills and a drive for results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM database experience (desirable but not essential).
- Superior planning, organisational and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
