About the role
We are looking for two experienced gardeners who will work between our communities in Logan and Eagleby. These roles are responsible for ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas are maintained to our high professional standard, supporting a warm and inviting atmosphere for all Homes Owners.  

In this role some of your responsibilities will be:

• Maintaining all gardens, lawns, paths and roadways 
• Mowing and edge trimming of all lawns including residential site frontages
• Weeding and weed management of all common areas and grounds;
• General planting and garden maintenance including pruning and mulching;
• Watering of all common areas and lawns;
• Basic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance including general pruning
• Ensuring all watering systems are installed and operating effectively and as required.
• Undertake regular cleaning of external building windows, facades and other infrastructure such as bollards, seats, pathways, roads, benches, handrails, and such according to the operational schedule.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a landscape gardening in a commercial or public environment
• Experience in hard and soft landscaping.
• Experience in dealing with end customers in a customer centric manner.

In addition, you will have:

• Current valid 'class c' drivers licence
• Construction Industry White Card
