Rare opportunity for a permanent full time Project Marketing Manager looking to join a high performing and diverse marketing team in our Sydney office

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will:
Prepare annual marketing and communications strategies and budgets together with a full calendar of associated initiatives
Ensure that all residential project marketing and communication activities align to corporate brand objectives.
Manage the roll-out of agreed project marketing initiatives and communication plans to support the achievement of project revenue and customer experience targets on time and on budget.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and monitor ROI and initiative effectiveness on a continual basis
Monitor and update all digital platforms (project websites, lead capture pages, external listings and database communications)
Monitor media channel effectiveness to achieve enquiry targets
Work collaboratively with Sales team to ensure project marketing collateral and customer touchpoints are maintained accurately and to AVID standard.
Manage and attend all project/community events.
To be successful in the role, you will:
Be a true team player
Hold a Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
Have proven experience in a similar role (preferably within the Property/Real Estate sector)
Have strong collaboration and communication skills
Align with our vision to create places where people love to belong
Have a strong focus on creating exceptional customer experience and service
Be experienced in social media strategy and digital platform management
Have Experience using Salesforce and Marketo (desirable)
