We are seeking an experienced Land Sales Consultant to join us our boutique land development, Forest Reach in Huntley within the Illawarra region.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Skills and Experience
You will have a proven track record of success in residential land sales. Your ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders is key and you will thrive working in a fast paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will also have:
- A passion for customer service and building community
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- People management capability
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
- Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM)
- Solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Sound financial acumen
To be eligible for this role,
you will be available able to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.
