• Salary - $120-130,000 + Super

ABOUT THE COMPANY.
 
This company are one of Sydney’s leading architectural design practices, having built their reputation on expertise in the industrial and commercial sector. Since 2003 they have established close working relationships with clients through repeatedly delivering high-quality services from project inception to completion.
 
They offer a comprehensive range of design services across industrial, commercial, retail, automotive and residential sectors. Their extensive experience in the industrial sector includes estate masterplanning, large scale warehousing and logistics projects, distribution centres, refrigerated storage, high bay warehousing, multi-level warehousing, industrial unit estates and storage facilities.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

• You will be focussed on delivering Revit detailed documentation 
• This is a unique project on an Industrial scale
• Work within an established team to deliver industrial projects
• Execute the documentation process so that the design intent can be achieved, and client expectations are exceeded
• Hit the ground running and work independently and collaboratively
• Lead and contribute through all project stages on industrial projects
• Manage relationships with clients and consultant, and ensure alignment between client and project team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Passion for Design and documentation
• Relevant degree in Architecture
• Working knowledge of Revit essential 
• Experience in cold storage projects on an Industrial scale, is highly advantageous 
• Strong knowledge of the project development and construction processes
• Excellent contract management skills, including a proactive approach to problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all key stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
