Interior Designer to Senior Interior Designer
$90-$120,000 + super

Glass Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded Architectural & Interior Design practice to recruit an Interior Designer for their Sydney studio.
Our client is an established multidisciplinary Architectural design firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects. With a collaborative studio culture and a commitment to design excellence, they offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects and interior designers on a diverse portfolio of projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically capable Interior Designer who is passionate about creating thoughtful, refined, and engaging spaces. The role offers genuine long-term career progression within a supportive and design-led environment.
The Role
As part of the interiors team, you will contribute across all stages of the design process, from concept development through to project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering interior design concepts across residential and mixed-use projects
- Producing and coordinating detailed documentation, material schedules, and specifications
- Creating design presentations, visualisations and client-facing materials
- Collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
- Assisting with FF&E selection and procurement
- Managing multiple project deadlines and deliverables
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive studio culture
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape
- Experience delivering high-quality residential interior projects
- Excellent concept design, presentation, and visual communication skills
- Strong understanding of materiality, detailing, and spatial planning
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Adobe Creative Suite experience will be highly regarded
