Senior Interior Designer

• A leading architecture, interiors, and strategic planning firm
• Location - Sydney CBD
• Salary - $100-110,000 + Super

A leading architecture, interiors, and strategic planning firm in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, Australia.
 
They help their clients reach exceptional outcomes through smart solutions. They offer a PhD-level understanding of environments, productivity and self-identity and can facilitate a whole range of strategy projects - from master planning to education strategy, workplace strategy, or design strategy. 
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER.

• Preparation of Design Documents including - Site Plans and layouts 
• Production of high-quality reporting on time
• Liaison with external design consultants 
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with relevant industry groups/people
• Integrate the fit-out requirements of clients
• Other management of client requirements as necessary
• Input into the Preparation of Concept Design Documents where required
• The timely provision of the necessary design documents to clients and project directors 
• Attendance at meetings 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER.

• Passion for Interior Design 
• Relevant degree in Interior Design 
• Experience in the delivery of hotel/hospitality or residential apartment projects is essential 
• Working knowledge of Revit is essential
• Strong concept and technical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, frequently, and accurately
