We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Coordinator at Clyde Creek Primary School to lead the OSHC program. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
• Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
• High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
• Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
• Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
• Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support
• Career development and progression pathways

• Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way
• Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
• Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
• Hours: 06.30am - 9.00am & 2.00pm - 6.30pm + weekly administration hours
• Monday to Friday- no weekend work!

  
ABOUT YOU:

• You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
• Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with training, coaching and management of a large team
• Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector

• First Aid + CPR Certificate
• Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
• Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
• Willing to obtain a National Crime Check
