About the Role:

• Be the assistant coordinator!
• You'll receive extensive training and supportive environment.
• Support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
• Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools.
• Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
• Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
• Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
• Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
• Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
• Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in the relevant state.
