We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager at Warringa Park Specialist School - Warringa Crescent to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

About The Role:

• Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for their child in a specialist school setting.
• Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
• High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.
• Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
• Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
• Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
• Career development and progression pathways
• Monday to Friday- no weekend work!

  
About You:     

• You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
• Previous experience in the disability support and childcare sector.
• Previous experience with training, coaching and management of a large team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
• Completed an ACECQA recognised diploma qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit www.acecqa.gov.au
• Employee Working with Children Check valid in Victoria.
• Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
• Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check
