We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Coordinator at Bulleen Heights School to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

The Role:

• Lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
• Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
• High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
• Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
• Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
• Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support
• Career development and progression pathways
• Generous resource budgets
• Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Coordinator role will have the following:

• Experience with training, coaching and management of a large team
• Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
• High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit our TheirCare values: Caring, Open and Engaged

Requirements:
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:

• Employee Working with Children Check
• First Aid + CPR Certificate
• Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
• Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
• Need a NDIS check
