• Full Time Opportunity 38 Hours Per Week
• Full Time $70k -$80k plus super
• Non - Contact Position to manage dedicated educators at the service
• Lead train and guide in best practice to deliver the best day ever for every child in care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
• Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
• Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
• Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
• Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

  
Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the childcare/high intensity industry is ideal but not essential.
• Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification. 
• Completed a Diploma level qualification.
