As a System Administrator at TheirCare, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our internal system architecture.

Your role will involve working across departments to unlock the potential of our internal systems, as well as innovate and project manage the improvements. 

Your experience in Human Force will be vital in ensuring our systems support both the technical and human aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• HumanForce Integration: Apply your knowledge of the HumanForce software principles to improve how users interact with systems, ensuring both efficiency and security.
• User Support: Provide hands-on support for end-users, helping them optimize their interaction with the technology, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on systems configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop automation tools, scripts, and processes to improve system performance and user interaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and user requirements, helping to streamline internal workflows and processes.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven 2-3 years experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience in HumanForce or similar time and attendance software is mandatory.
• Experience in IntelliHR.
• High level of skill with the relevant technologies such as Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office, Excel, Teams).
• Proficiency with system monitoring tools and performance optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of networking, security, and backup processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
