About your new role:

• Are you passionate about supporting and guiding children
• Be provided with extensive training, onboarding, and support
• Support the development and delivery of child focussed programs with industry leading program planning tools
• Have fun, deliver amazing programs that guide children to explore, learn and play at TheirCare

Responsibilities:

• Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
• Support the service manager with planning, preparation and service delivery
• Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
• Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
• Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

  
Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the childcare and disability support sector is ideal but not essential
• Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification. 
• Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification.
