Sales Cadet/Associate | High Volume Real Estate Sales
At MICM, we're looking for ambitious and motivated real estate professionals who are ready to take the next step in their sales career.

Whether you've recently obtained your Agent's Representative qualification or you're currently studying your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Sales Consultants, gain hands-on industry experience and build the foundations for a successful career in residential sales.

Backed by one of Melbourne's largest inner-city property management portfolios and a high-volume sales team, you'll be exposed to a fast-paced environment with genuine opportunities to learn, develop and grow.

You'll have the opportunity to work with some of Melbourne's top-performing agents, including Melbourne's #1 selling agent, while being supported by two dedicated non-competing Sales Managers whose sole focus is coaching, mentoring and developing our team.

Your Pathway:

Sales Associate (Guaranteed Base Salary)

• Support established Sales Consultants across their portfolio of listings, buyers and vendors
• Learn directly from some of Melbourne's top-performing agents, including Melbourne's #1 selling agent
• Assist with prospecting, database management and business development activities
• Gain hands-on experience across inspections, buyer follow-up and sales campaigns
• Develop your market knowledge, negotiation skills and client relationships
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced agents and dedicated Sales Managers

Sales Consultant (Retainer + Commission)

• Manage your own client relationships and opportunities
• Build your personal profile and database
• Take ownership of listings and sales campaigns
• Access uncapped earning potential
• Continue learning from experienced mentors and leaders
