What You’ll Do

• Convert buyer and landlord leads into listings and successful sales
• Manage apartment sales campaigns from appraisal through to settlement
• Conduct inspections and negotiate with buyers and vendors
• Work closely with marketing to present properties at their best
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent campaign feedback
• Deliver a premium client experience aligned to the MICM brand

What You’ll Bring

• Agent’s Representative Certificate is essential
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Strong communication skills and a results driven mindset
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
