The long term intention of this role is to fast track you into becoming a solo agent earning commissions once you have built your skills, confidence, and market presence.

What you will do:

• Support senior sales agents with prospecting, open inspections, client follow up, and database management
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and property presentations
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high quality service
• Learn the full real estate sales process with hands on guidance and structured development
