MICM is seeking an Associate Sales Agent to support one of our leading sales agents and play a key role in managing buyer engagement across our fast paced inner city portfolio. This is an excellent entry or junior level opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing buyer enquiry, supporting inspection activity, coordinating campaign tasks and assisting with negotiations and communication between buyers and vendors. This role offers broad exposure across sales operations and gives you the opportunity to learn directly from an experienced high performing agent.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing buyer enquiries and providing timely follow up
• Coordinating and attending OFIs, private inspections and final inspections
• Supporting negotiations and campaign communication between buyers and vendors
• Organising photography, staging, floor plans and marketing elements
• Liaising with trades, suppliers, valuers and solicitors during campaigns
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation
• Providing regular campaign updates to vendors
• Assisting with property access, keys, marketing setup and listing administration

About You
We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• A genuine interest in real estate and property sales
• A proactive approach with strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• A current driver licence and reliable vehicle
• An Agent’s Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain one
