As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our property management division.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new property management clients. You’ll work closely with landlords, investors, and referral partners to grow MICM’s portfolio, while delivering exceptional service and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  Source and convert new property management opportunities through networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Client Engagement:
  Conduct rental appraisals, present tailored management solutions, and onboard new clients with professionalism and care.
• Relationship Building:
  Develop strong relationships with sales agents, developers, and industry professionals to generate consistent referral business.
• Market Analysis:
  Stay informed on rental market trends, competitor activity, and legislative changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• CRM & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipeline activity using MICM’s CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate business development, leasing, or property management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools.
• Real estate qualifications.
