Best of all, you’ll be supported by an incredibly organized leasing team, finance & admin team. You will be supported by a team leader who's sole objective is to providing ongoing assistance to their team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, arrears, and routine inspections with complete accuracy
- Conduct OFIs, application processing, and leasing administration
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Keep meticulous contact notes and documentation in our internal systems (RPS)
- Represent clients at VCAT as required
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and deliver excellent service outcomes
You’ll Bring: - Experience managing a residential property portfolio in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret real estate legislation and confidently advise clients
- Exceptional communication and people skills — especially under pressure
- Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
- A current driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to work across multiple MICM locations and Saturdays as rostered
- Availability to work 1 Saturday in every 4-5 weeks (the following week you will receive a day in lieu of your choosing)
