We’re expanding—and looking for driven Business Development Managers to join our Southbank team.

What You’ll Do:

• Convert warm leads into new property management clients
• Conduct rental appraisals, inspections, and presentations
• Maintain relationships with developers, builders, and investors
• Collaborate with sales agents to advise investor clients
• Ensure properties are presentable and marketed effectively
• Provide monthly performance reports and maintain CRM records

What You’ll Bring:

• BDM experience (real estate preferred, but open to other industries)
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Agent’s Representative Certificate, reliable car, and license
• Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin (valued but not essential)
