This isn’t your average recruitment role. It’s made for someone with a approachable and extroverted personality who thrives on face-to-face engagement. You’ll approach passive talent in the field—attending open homes, auctions, industry events, and networking functions. You’ll embody the true spirit of a headhunter!

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Proactively identify and connect with top-performing, passive sales talent
• Attend open homes, auctions, and networking events to build industry relationships
• Keep a robust talent pipeline through direct outreach and strategic referrals
• Collaborate with MICM’s internal recruitment and sales teams to meet business goals
• Monitor market trends, talent movement, and competitor activity
• Be a visible, trusted ambassador of the MICM brand

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment/ headhunting experience ideally within Real Estate or Sales.
• A confident, charismatic personality with a love for connecting with people 
• A track record of successfully attracting passive talent using creative strategies 
• Strong understanding of the real estate landscape 
• A self-starter mindset — you take ownership and deliver results 
• Availability to attend after-hours events and Saturday inspections 
• Excellent organisational skills and CRM proficiency (JobAdder experience ideal) 

**Please note this is a 37.5 hours a week role; Afterhours and Saturdays will be taken into account as part of the 37.5 hours and are not an additional requirement.**
