• Proactively identify and connect with top-performing, passive sales talent
• Attend open homes, auctions, and networking events to build industry relationships
• Keep a robust talent pipeline through direct outreach and strategic referrals
• Collaborate with MICM’s internal recruitment and sales teams to meet business goals
• Monitor market trends, talent movement, and competitor activity
• Be a visible, trusted ambassador of the MICM brand

• 5+ years’ experience in real estate, headhunting, or recruitment
• A natural connector with strong emotional intelligence and people instincts
• Proven ability to attract and influence passive talent
• A genuine love for the property industry and its people
• Driven, proactive mindset — you own your results
• Willingness to attend industry functions and Saturday open homes
• Great organisation and CRM skills (JobAdder experience a bonus)
