About the role…
As a Team Leader within our Property Management division, you will utilise your industry knowledge and business acumen to support and mentor a team of property professionals. You will lead by example in this hands-on role, overseeing the day to day activities of your team to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered.

Duties include;

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of Property Managers.
• Monitor becoming vacant and vacant properties ensuring properties are advertised with good descriptions, photos and open times and liaise with Rental Providers to provide updates.
• Ensure rental arrears, inspections and rental reviews are compliant and within KPI requirements. 
• Oversee and supervise cases for tribunal hearings and represent clients as required. 
• Assist and encourage your team to generate new business from properties within their portfolio.
• Minimise Lost Managements.
• Ensure that MICMs portfolio is managed to the highest standards while consistently delivering excellent customer service.

• Extensive experience in a residential Property Manager role
• Proven ability to mentor and motivate staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative and sound problem solving skills
• Strong time management skills with a diligent, proactive approach.
