A BIT MORE ABOUT THE JOB
Here are the main things you’ll be doing in this role:

• Attracting talented candidates to the business via promotion and review of the organisation's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• Identify and maintain talent pools for future vacancies.
• Perform end to end recruitment activities and provide the associated support to hiring managers.
• Utilise technology to actively seek candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Build networks and relationships to source passive candidates.
• Conduct effective and efficient onboarding for all new staff members in line with organisational and legislative requirements.

What we are looking for..

• • Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategy and campaign management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
  • High level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft word, PowerPoint and excel
  • Experience with the following software packages will be viewed favourably:
  • JobAdder
  • intelliHR
  • KeyPay/Employment Hero
  • SharePoint
