Who we need..
This position reports to the Finance Department Manager.  It is the responsibility of the Finance Administrator to maintain positive working relationships with all other staff, particularly those within the Property Management team

Responsibilities will include;

• Undertake preparation of daily banking (and posting)
• Processing of New Leases
• Undertake preparation of daily banking (and posting)
• Setting up of New Managements
• RTBA bond lodgement payments
• Liaise with and assist other staff members in the Finance team as required to ensure all work is completed accurately and within given timeframes.
• Undertake other duties as required ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach
• Processing Sales daily transaction including Stakeholder release and settlement release.

To be successful you will have;

• Proven experience in basic accounting functions such as receivables and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with accounting practices and terminology.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Power BI, Excel reporting, along with Adobe Sign.
• Quick learner with ability to grasp new computer programs.
• Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility, time management & the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Degree in Business or Finance desirable
