We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Sales, this role is responsible for growing and improving the performance, efficiency, and profitability of the sales team through effective team management.
This role is based in Southbank/Melbourne CBD. 

Some of the key responsibilities include: 

• Sales recruitment and onboarding
• Maximise sales and grow in line with forecasts and customer service standards 
• Train new sales team members 
• Support and drive sales goals
• Assist Sales Consultants with any queries 
• Assist Sales Consultants to list and negotiate sales
• Conduct regular meetings with Sales Consultants 
• Support and develop the sales team 
• Monitor and drive KPI's 
• Support the General Manager of Sales
• Ensure industry compliance across the sales team

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales Management or similar position 
• Residential Real Estate Knowledge is essential
• Well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills 
• Strong leadership and people management skills 
• Proven experience in achieving and leading sales 
• A valid and current drivers’ licence and car
• Agents Rep or Full Real Estate Licence
