Who we need…
Working within our large and supportive team, you will provide key support and customer service to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio of residential apartments. You will work in conjunction with our experienced Property Managers and gain exposure to and assist with all facets of leasing and property management. This is a great opportunity to broaden your skills and develop your career within property management. Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with prospective tenants (face to face, via the phone and internet/email)
- Monitoring available rental properties and statistics
- Conducting Opens For Inspections and assessing tenancy applications
- Organising maintenance and repairs
- Assisting Property Managers with Routine Inspections
To be considered for this position, you will be a team player with a strong customer service focus. Your outstanding communication skills, professional presentation and self-motivation will ensure success in this highly rewarding role.
A current drivers license and Agent's Representative Certificate
is a requirement and the flexibility to work one Saturday per month (with a day off in lieu). Sounds interesting?
