Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Murray Bridge.
 
The Role
 
Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability.
You will be required to work in line with each participant's plans, including:

• Individual Support Plan
• Health Care Plan
• Medication Plan
• Meal Plan
• Manual Handling Plan

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain and monitor client support plans
• Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner
• Build professional and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
• Work within the established rhythm of service for the house
• Fulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirements
• Work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts (essential)

Skills & Essential Requirements

• Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) 
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Manual Handling Certificate
• Current Assist with Medication Certificate
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle 
• Valid working rights in Australia
