About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive executive support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations at the highest level. The position requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and functions.
• Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Provide proactive administrative support to enhance executive productivity.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a PA/EA or similar supporting senior leaders.
• Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Tech savvy – Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI tools.
• Confident managing LinkedIn/X profiles and professional brand.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and initiative.
