Position Summary
The Aquatic Administration Coordinator supports the smooth day-to-day operation of Ruyton Aquatics by coordinating administration and providing welcoming, professional customer service to families, students and visitors.
Working closely with the Aquatic Centre Manager, the role acts as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and manages enrolments, bookings, account administration and program communications. The Aquatics Administration Coordinator also supports Pool Deck Supervisors to ensure families receive consistent, responsive and high-quality customer service.
The role assists with staffing and rostering and supports team onboarding and training. The Administration Coordinator maintains accurate records and assists with the organisation of swimming lessons, and additional programs.
The successful candidate will be required to work a Saturday shift every fortnight.
This is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term position with an immediate commencement, or a negotiated start date.
