Position Summary
The Manager of Property is responsible for leading the Maintenance Team and managing the School’s property and facilities to ensure the School operates effectively, efficiently, and without disruption.
The Manager of Property will identify, plan, and implement property improvements and ensure that high standards of maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times. This will be achieved through proactive site inspections, effective maintenance task management, the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, and oversight of site-specific scopes of work.
The Manager of Property will assist with the sourcing, coordination, and management of building maintenance requests and minor capital works projects and will be accountable for project supervision in conjunction with the Projects Manager, contractor management, safety compliance, and the implementation and monitoring of essential services.
The Manager of Property will play an active role on the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Committee, attending all scheduled meetings and contributing to the promotion of a safe working environment across the School.
